Sponsors Exhibit on Sunday evening, for the Welcome Reception 6-9 pm; Monday, 7-10 am and 4-6 pm; and Tuesday morning. Exhibitors may close their exhibits after the morning session on Tuesday. Supplies needed to be shipped post conference, will be transported to the Big Sky Resort mail room for shipping. Those exhibitors who wish to stay longer, must obtain permission from the Co-Executive Director Mary Vander Heiden, admin@bssmc.org.
Often times first time sponsors choose the Scientific Presentation, as it gives them a chance to introduce the science behind the development of their product to the attendees in an academic setting. These presentations are non CME accreditted, and should be structured to include the research and development of your product.
If you want to present or host a workshop, you will be scheduled for mid-sessions on a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday.
Whichever direction you choose, you will find the meeting’s attendees to be well informed and open to new ideas and products.
